a. Information You Provide

• Account registration details (name, email, login credentials).
• Lead and contact information you upload or enter into the platform.
• Payment information may be processed for web and admin or organization-level billing where applicable (handled securely by Stripe). The Spartan Closer iOS app does not process purchases, display pricing, provide Stripe Checkout, sell subscriptions, or sell add-on credits.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information, browser type, operating system.
• IP address, usage logs, and analytics data.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

c. Mobile / iOS App Data

• Device information (model, OS version, app version) and push notification tokens (APNs) used to deliver notifications.
• Call event metadata (start/end timestamps, direction, duration) to support calling, messaging, and notification delivery.
• Crash and diagnostic logs used to maintain reliability of the app.
• Where call audio, recording, or transcript processing is enabled by your organization, audio/transcript content is processed by our AI providers solely to deliver in-product features and is not used for advertising.
• The Spartan Closer iOS app does not contain in-app purchases, pricing, or subscription management; access is provisioned by your organization admin.

d. Location Data

If you enable location-based features (e.g., Maps, Places, or geolocation services), we may collect and process your approximate or precise location to provide these features.

e. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account, we may access:

• Calendar data (to create, edit, or manage events you request).
• Profile information (basic account identity such as name and email).
• Maps, Places, or Geolocation data (to display property and meeting locations).

We only access and use this data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Schedule and manage meetings with leads.
• Display property and location data.
• Send notifications, reminders, and updates.
• Process organization-level billing and seat management where applicable.
• Support calling, messaging, notification delivery, and crash/diagnostic reliability of our web and mobile apps.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for personalized advertising.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information only as follows:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
  • Supabase (hosting, database, authentication)
  • Twilio (voice and SMS delivery)
  • Stripe (web/admin and organization-level billing where applicable)
  • Google APIs (Maps, Places, Calendar where connected)
  • Apple Push Notification service (iOS notification delivery)
  • Analytics and crash diagnostics providers
  • AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) used to deliver in-product AI features
• For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or government request.
• In the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service you request.

4. Google API Compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only use Google data to provide or improve user-facing features.
• We do not use Google data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your consent, to comply with law, or for troubleshooting.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
• If you disconnect your Google account, all tokens and associated Google data are deleted promptly.
• You may request account deletion and associated data removal at any time by emailing admin@spartancloser.app.
• Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days, with backups purged within 90 days.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and personalization. Full details are provided in our Cookie Policy.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. International Users

If you access the Service outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Your Rights
