Is Spartan Closer a CRM for wholesalers?
Spartan Closer is The Agentic Real Estate Deal Maker for real estate wholesalers, investors, and agents. It runs pipeline, calling, SMS, follow-up, creative finance, and contracts, and it goes beyond a CRM.
How much does Spartan Closer cost?
Operator is $197 per month, Growth is $1,297 per month, Scale is $2,497 per month, and Enterprise starts at $4,997 per month. An extra seat is $149 per month and an extra phone number is $10 per month. Annual billing on Operator, Growth, and Scale is 10% less.
Is there a 14-Day Activation Trial?
Operator, Growth, and Scale include a 14-Day Activation Trial with one Spartan phone. A payment method is required, and the base subscription is not charged until the trial ends. Start at /signup. Enterprise starts at $4,997 per month and is arranged from the contact page.
Can Spartan Closer replace REsimpli or Podio?
It can be the system an acquisition team uses for pipeline, calling, SMS, follow-up, creative finance, and contracts. Spartan Closer is The Agentic Real Estate Deal Maker, and it goes beyond a CRM. It does not automatically copy data out of REsimpli or Podio. The public comparison pages quote only what those companies publish, and support can talk through a migration before you rely on one.
Can real estate agents use it?
Spartan Closer is built for acquisition teams, wholesalers, investors, and agents who also do investor deals. It is not a general residential-agent CRM.
Do I need a website for SMS compliance?
We handle A2P 10DLC registration for you during onboarding. Voice may be ready while messaging is pending. SMS is available after Messaging Ready. Low-volume pre-A2P SMS is not promised. Approval timing depends on the carrier, not a guaranteed 2-7 day window.
How do I access my account?
Log in at spartancloser.app using the email and password you set during signup. If you signed up via Google OAuth, use the Google sign-in button. For SSO or custom domain access, your admin will provide a direct link.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we will send a secure reset link. Links expire after 24 hours for security. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How does billing work?
Spartan Closer is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. You can manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from the Billing page inside the app. We accept major credit cards. Enterprise customers can contact us for custom invoicing.
My SMS or calls are not going through. What should I do?
Ensure your phone numbers are A2P 10DLC registered and your account is in good standing. Check the Dialer Settings for carrier status and verify your numbers are not flagged. If issues persist, include the affected phone number and a recent timestamp when you contact support.
How is my data handled?
We take data privacy seriously. Lead data and call recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you need a refund or have special circumstances, reach out to our support team and we will review your case.
I need help with the Spartan Closer iOS app.
Make sure the iOS app is updated to the latest version from the App Store. Ensure you're using the same login credentials as the web app. For push notification or call-handoff issues, verify notifications are enabled in iOS Settings. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
